One ugly carseat, huh? It's been used quite a bit and needed some love for Isla. I'm booting Isla out of her seat so I can refinish it for Kipp soon. She asked if she could have it now, so I pulled it out this week and used some fabric from my stash and came up with this combination.
I didn't line my stripes up as well as I thought I did. And it took me several times before I had the bottom section sewn correctly. I labelled all my pieces, but didn't take as many photos as I should have but I finally figured it out.
What matters most is that this little girl likes it...one shoe and all. She actually stayed buckled up in the seat for about 30 minutes. Don't worry...I moved her down to the floor.

You should create a pattern and then sell these on Etsy.
