We've had some nice cooler days lately. It was actually nice enough to play outside for long periods of time. We definitely took advantage because you never know if it will get blazin' hot again. Zade and Isla ran out of ideas for outside play, so we made some "kites" out of grocery sacks and yarn.
We used to make these for the kids when I was an intern at the Child Development Ctr at the University of Alabama. It would've been a little better if it were a bit windy, but they used up some energy from just running around. We'll try them again on a windier day.
Kipp on the other hand watched from the back door and wanted to get out there right with them.
